Government Enterprise - Tell Us Your IT Disasters

Today's Information Week Government Enterprise Newsletter www.governmententerprise.com/opinions/index.jhtml had a request from the editor, Rob Preston, for people to submit details of their IT disasters. The request states that "for every FBI, Nike, and CA tale of tech woe, there are probably 100 similar disasters no one but the insiders know about. Something like a third of all IT projects are canceled or never implemented, according to various surveys, while another third to half fall behind schedule or go over budget."
